Returns for chandeliers, pendants and wall lights follow the terms provided separately. Each product page lists the fixture name, finish and glass style to help confirm your selection.

Return window

Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Damage or incorrect items

Report damage, missing items or order errors within 7 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs. This reporting window does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Return process

Contact support for authorization and the correct return address before shipping. For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused with the original packaging and all supplied components. Personalised or final-sale exclusions must be stated on the product page before purchase.

Return shipping

We cover eligible return shipping for verified damage, defects or our order errors. Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind, unless otherwise stated before purchase or required by applicable law.

Refund timing

5–15 business days after approval

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will notify you of the review result. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
